The best site having a skim along the shore of the beach of Baybay. Most of the Roxas City Skimmers are having their bonding with their different styles and captivating skimboards there. This is their passion, and with this they can show off their different styles and talents while riding in the top of the skimboards. Last June 2008, the Roxas City held the RCS Skim Fest 2008 along the shore of the Baybay Beach Roxas City in the captivating Capiz. There you can see a lot of good and experts skimboarders having their unique tricks with the skims. A lot of cheers coming from their fans and their family while riding on the skimboard.
